Pursuant to the Offering, the Company has issued and sold 2,725 Debentures for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of C$2,725,000.

Pratt & Whitney Canada will demonstrate hydrogen combustion technology on a PW127XT regional turboprop engine under the project named Hydrogen Advanced Design Engine Study (HyADES)). High Efficiency Electrolyser Cells Complete Key Durability Test

The GEN2 cells will now be deployed in Next Hydrogen electrolysers at customer sites for commercial operation.
